The pressure relief valve is installed at the bottom of the LED dance floor to balance internal and external air pressure, helping reduce the risk of panel damage caused by gas expansion under extreme high-temperature conditions.
The ABS casing is slightly longer than the tempered glass, so when LED dance floor panels are connected side by side, the ABS casing absorbs the impact first and helps protect the tempered glass from direct collisions.
In addition, the 45° rounded edges not only help prevent hand injuries but also distribute stress more effectively, improving impact resistance and reducing the risk of breakage.
For applications that require frequent assembly and disassembly, we recommend choosing the detachable magnet module.
If a magnet is damaged during use, it can be replaced directly without removing the LED dance floor panels.
In addition, the magnets feature a built-in spring mechanism, allowing them to extend forward and maintain a secure connection even on uneven surfaces.
1. Magnet shape: Square magnets concentrate stress at the corners and are more likely to break upon impact. We use round magnets, which distribute stress more evenly and provide better resistance to lateral shocks.
2. Power connection screws: Iron screws have higher resistance, are prone to oxidation, generate excessive heat, and can easily damage the ABS casing. We use brass screws instead, which provide strong conductivity, corrosion resistance, and lower heat generation.
Applied to the LED strip surface, this protective coating helps prevent moisture damage and extends the lifespan of the light beads.
The standard setup includes 12 magnets, with optional configurations of 18 or 20 magnets for stronger adhesion and better stability.
- When used on uneven surfaces, the locks secure the LED dance floor panels together to keep the floor level.
- On rough surfaces such as concrete, the locks also help protect the LED dance floor from wear, and we provide extra replacement accessories free of charge.
The magnetic locking nut automatically secures the threads, helping prevent loosening or detachment caused by vibration during use.
