Mobile Ramp Recommendations

The controller and battery are integrated inside the ramp, reducing the number of required accessories and making operation more convenient. Below are two integration options: ABS ramp integration and aluminum alloy ramp integration.

ABS Ramp Integration

The ABS ramp comes in 50cm and 60cm sizes, with the controller and transformer built inside. At event sites, only one power cable is needed. For a completely wireless setup, it can be paired with the battery-powered LED dance floor.

Aluminum Alloy Ramp Integration

The aluminum alloy ramp is available in four lengths: 50cm, 60cm, 1m, and 1.2m. The battery and controller can be integrated into a removable box, making replacement easy while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. This is our recommended design.

Mobile Event – Dance Floor Power Supply Solutions

For temporary events, we recommend the following three power supply plans. The cost increases progressively from Plan A to Plan C. You can choose the most suitable option based on your actual usage scenario. For detailed quotations, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Plan A: Integrated Single Power Cable

Wired connection type – only one external power cable is required. The controller and transformer are integrated inside the ramp, with no external accessories needed. This is the most economical option for mobile event setups.

Plan B: Rechargeable Ramp

The battery box contains both the battery and controller. Once the power is depleted, the battery box can be easily replaced, and it also supports charging while in use.

If you already purchased dance floors from other suppliers, this accessory can be added to upgrade them into battery-powered LED dance floors.

Plan C: Independent Module

Each LED dance floor panel has a built-in battery and controller, making every panel an independent unit. This allows for more flexible color effects and patterns, though at a relatively higher cost.

Shipping Options – Mobile Flight Case

We provide standard flight cases and flight cases with charging function. The charging flight case is used with the battery-powered LED dance floor.

ABS Material Flight Case

Fixed at 8 pieces per flight case, the panels are made with an integrated molding process for a sleeker appearance and lighter weight. The empty case weighs 16 kg, but it cannot be equipped with a charging function.

Standard Flight Case

The right side of the flight case features compartments for storing LED dance floor locks, ramps, and other accessories. The universal wheels at the bottom are equipped with locks to keep the case stationary.

Rechargeable Flight Case

An indicator light turns on when the LED dance floor is charging, and it automatically shuts off when fully charged.

The battery-powered LED dance floor is equipped with two independent buttons: one for controlling the panel power, and the other for checking the remaining battery. Solving the problem of not being able to clearly see each LED dance floor’s current charge during charging.

Safety Protection Design: If there is a power anomaly during charging, the flight case will automatically trip and cut off the power.

Fixing the LED Dance Floor and Ramp

To prevent movement caused by jumping or stepping during use, locking clips can be used to securely connect the LED dance floor and ramps together.

When used on rough surfaces such as concrete floors, the locking clip helps protect the LED dance floor from wear and also keeps it securely in place to prevent sliding.
