The pressure relief valve is installed at the bottom of the LED dance floor to balance internal and external air pressure, preventing the risk of the floor bursting due to gas expansion under extreme high-temperature conditions.
The ABS casing is slightly longer than the tempered glass, so when LED dance floor panels are connected side by side, the ABS casing absorbs the impact first, protecting the tempered glass from direct collisions.
In addition, the 45° rounded edges not only prevent hand injuries but also effectively distribute stress, enhancing impact resistance and reducing the risk of breakage.
For scenarios that require frequent assembly and disassembly, we recommend opting for the detachable magnet module.
If a magnet gets damaged during use, it can be replaced directly without removing the dance floor panels.
Additionally, the magnets feature a built-in spring mechanism, allowing them to extend forward and maintain a secure connection even on uneven surfaces.
1. Magnet shape: Square magnets concentrate stress at the corners and are prone to breakage upon impact. We use round magnets, which distribute stress evenly and can resist lateral shocks.
2. Power connection screws:Iron screws have higher resistance, are prone to oxidation, generate excessive heat, and can easily damage the ABS casing. We use brass screws instead, which offer excellent conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, and minimal heat generation.
Applied to the LED strip surface, this coating prevents moisture damage, extending the lifespan of the light beads.
The default setup includes 12 magnets, with optional configurations of 18 or 20 magnets for stronger adhesion and greater stability.
- When used on uneven surfaces, the locks secure the LED dance floor panels together to maintain a flat surface.
- On rough surfaces such as concrete, the locks also help protect the LED dance floor from wear and tear, and we provide extra replacement accessories free of charge.
The magnetic locking nut automatically secures the threads, preventing loosening or detachment caused by vibrations during use.

Plan C: Independent Module
The most advanced integrated solution. Each LED dance floor panel is equipped with a built-in controller and battery, eliminating the need for additional wiring. Every panel can independently deliver stunning lighting effects.

The LED dance floor is available in two sizes: 50cm and 60cm. It comes in either black or white, with black as the default color. If you need the white frame, please specify this when placing your order.

Impact-Resistant Optimization
We have conducted extensive testing and found that the most common point of damage during use is not the top surface but the tempered glass on the sides. When two LED dance floor panels are joined, the side tempered glass can easily crack from collision.
To solve this, our ABS casing is designed to be slightly longer than the tempered glass. This allows the ABS to absorb the impact. We have also given the tempered glass edges a 45° beveled and rounded treatment. These optimizations significantly increase the service life of our LED dance floors.
